Welcome to happycollectible.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, customer accounts, products, checkout, and services operated by Happy Collectibles LLC (“Happy Collectibles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal ability to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order.

Customers under the age of majority in their location should use the website and make purchases only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout or account registration is accurate and complete.

2. Happy Collectibles

Happy Collectibles is a Missouri-based online retailer offering trading cards, sealed products, collector lots, accessories, and related collectibles.

Our inventory may include:

Available products and franchises may change without notice.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, prices, quantities, conditions, languages, set information, and rarity information.

However, minor errors may occasionally occur. Colors and appearance may also vary depending on lighting, photography, monitors, and device settings.

Individually photographed items

When a listing shows an individually photographed single card, the photographed card is generally the item you will receive unless the listing states otherwise.

Representative images

For sealed products, bulk lots, products with multiple available quantities, Coming Soon listings, or manufacturer images, the photograph may be representative rather than the exact individual item shipped.

The written description controls when a photograph and description appear inconsistent.

Card condition

Condition descriptions represent our reasonable opinion and are not professional grading guarantees.

Terms such as:

Near Mint
Lightly Played
Excellent
New
Sealed

do not guarantee that a card or product will receive a particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, or any other grading company.

Manufacturing defects, print lines, centering issues, surface marks, edge wear, corner wear, factory sealing variations, or packaging imperfections may be present even on newly opened or sealed products.

4. Authenticity

We make reasonable efforts to source authentic products from reputable retailers, distributors, suppliers, and wholesalers.

We do not knowingly offer counterfeit products.

Happy Collectibles is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Naruto, KAYOU, Bandai, One Piece, Kakawow, Harry Potter, Warner Bros., PSA, CGC, Beckett, or other trademark owners unless specifically stated.

Product names, characters, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being offered.

5. Sealed Products and Random Contents

The contents of sealed booster boxes, packs, cases, or other randomized products are determined by the manufacturer.

Happy Collectibles does not guarantee:

Specific cards
Pull rates
Rarities
Autographs
Numbered cards
Case hits
Grading results
Investment value
Resale value

Statements about possible contents, pull rates, or chase cards are informational and do not guarantee that a customer will receive them.

Opening a sealed product may affect its return eligibility under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Coming Soon and Preview Listings

A product labeled Coming Soon, Preview, or similar language is displayed for informational purposes.

A Coming Soon listing:

May not yet be in our possession
May not have a confirmed arrival date
May use a placeholder or representative image
Is not guaranteed to become available
Cannot be purchased unless ordering is specifically enabled

Coming Soon listings are not preorders unless the listing expressly says that payment is being accepted as a preorder.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, availability, promotions, and quantities may change at any time before an order is accepted.

We may correct errors involving:

Pricing
Product descriptions
Coupon discounts
Inventory
Shipping charges
Taxes
Technical malfunctions

If an error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

Placing an order does not guarantee that inventory is available. Products may sell through another marketplace before inventory synchronization is completed.

8. Orders

After checkout, you may receive an automated order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Inventory errors
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment failure
Incorrect shipping information
Prohibited or unsupported destination
Coupon misuse
Unusually high-risk activity
Violation of these terms

When an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be submitted to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, address, or account.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal, digital wallets, or other enabled payment services.

You represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
The billing information is accurate
Sufficient funds or credit are available
The transaction does not violate applicable law

Payment providers may conduct fraud screening, authorization checks, or identity verification.

A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear even when an order is later cancelled. The timing for releasing authorizations is controlled by the customer’s financial institution.

10. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, products, shipping destination, and applicable tax rules.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges not collected by Happy Collectibles.

11. Shipping

Shipping charges and available methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping prices may depend on:

Order contents
Package size
Weight
Destination
Carrier service

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Happy Collectibles.

If we cannot ship an order within the time promised, we will contact the customer and provide available options, including consenting to a delay or cancelling for a refund when required. Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to provide delay or cancellation options when those times cannot be met.

12. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Happy Collectibles is not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or additional charges caused by:

Incorrect addresses
Missing apartment numbers
Invalid postal codes
Customer-requested carrier changes
Refusal of delivery
Failure to retrieve a held package

Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has begun processing.

Additional postage or reshipping charges may apply when an order is returned because of an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

13. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking will be provided when included with the selected shipping service.

A carrier’s delivered scan is evidence that the package was delivered to the address supplied, but we will reasonably assist customers with available carrier inquiries or claims.

Customers should promptly report:

Missing packages
Damaged packages
Incorrect contents
Delivery problems

Keep the original packaging, shipping label, and damaged materials until the matter is resolved.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-order claims, and exclusions are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed upon.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time after we submit a refund.

15. Coupons and Promotions

Coupon codes and promotions may be subject to:

Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unless specifically allowed, coupons cannot be combined.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Collectibles LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from:

Inability to access the website
Changes in collectible values
Grading outcomes
Randomized product contents
Carrier delays
Third-party services
Unauthorized account access caused by a customer’s failure to protect login information

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.
